Wow! You got some shots of some that I did not even see. My favorite was the one with the snowmen. I was going to vote for it, but could not find my ticket stub in my purse. It was a terrific show, and I am glad I went, but oh my, what a long drive.

Thanks for taking your time to post these pictures. Like others have said it is so nice to be able to see a quilt show from the comfort of your own home. Plus, it is nice to see what people are doing in different areas from where we live.

Yes I did! I couldn't get a close picture of it because of the crowd around it. I'd seen it up in Celeste prior to the show. It's a Pearl Perierre (?) design & was quilted by Jackie Brown. If you noticed, the big ribbon quilts were all quilted by her this year. Plano's show this year was just awesome! It also proved that quilting really makes the quilt.

I'm intrigued by the quilt in the 3rd posting, 6th down - has a trellis on the left and top and a green ribbon / vine on it. Does anyone recognize the pattern, or maybe the designer? I don't mind searching - just need a starting point!

The Plano Guild also put on TAQG this year - were you able to go to it? Pat Speth was wonderful! My best fried and I were able to go to her 2 day work shop and now all I want to do is cut 5" squares.
