I'm not 100% sure but I think they're from Embroidery Library. My daughter - who doesn't even own a sewing machine - buys me designs for my birthday, Xmas etc. as she enjoys receiving the finished projects! I didn't have a pattern - just figured it out as I went along. I did the stippling first and then added the embroidery afterwards - made it much easier for me without a pattern.
