PP'ing Newly acquired skill

I'm having so much fun trying new PP patterns. I learned so much just perusing the internet. This is my most colorful so far. It's a wall hanging.

Linny, that's wonderful!
I just recently "got" paper piecing! I tried for years on and off and it just didn't click. But now it does. :)

I have just recently caught on to paper piecing also and love it especially when using freezer paper and not having to tear all those little bitty pieces off the back. You did a great job and I like the quilting also.

Know exactly what you mean. It's especially nice and time saving when points are involved.

Looks like you've mastered that skill. Very nice.

That's a beautiful wall hanging. I'm so glad you are getting the hang of pp'ing. I think it's one of those techniques that you either "get it" or you don't. For those that don't, it takes a lot more practice before it clicks in. I'm in the "don't get it" group but I keep trying it. Next time I attempt it I will try the freezer paper method. Surely one day I'll come across a method that works for me. Thanks for sharing your beautiful piece. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks, Linny. Isn't it great to be able to get such sharp points in such a little space with paper piecing?
