On table runners I just sew the backs and fronts right sides together leave an opening pull the right sides out, press and hand sew the opening up. You can then sew along the edge if you want to

Yes, I purchased the pattern through my LQS (Best Friends Quilt Shoppe), which is where I took the class. They are awesome ... I've learned a lot since I've been going there. They have a website online.

Believe it or not ... the all "apple" fabric came from Walmart. The red fabric (solid red) came from my LQS as did the green that is with the all apple. The gingerbread fabric came from Hancocks.

very pretty ... I love those stars ... are they appliqued?

This is my first table runner/place mat set ... so I'm still in learning mode :D
