That's a beautiful duffle. I've been wanting to make one for years but never have done it yet. I have a pattern but just haven't gotten up the nerve to try one. I love how you made the black sashing on the diagonal. It really dresses it up. I'll read & re-read the instructions that you sent Bear & see if I can follow those.
