Project Linus under construction....
 

This is the second Project Linus quilt I finished just last night. What little boy wouldn't love a construction truck quilt to snuggle under? I had ordered the panel and when it arrived I discovered the blue construction worker fabric in my stash...yippee. They went together wonderfully. Had more than enough of the "worker" fabric to back it with also and will have enough scrap's to add into another quilt or two. With fall and winter coming on, I'm sure to spend my time on quilts for kids. :)[ATTACH=CONFIG]616697[/ATTACH]

I am in awe of how perfect the panel and print go together! I know that made you do the happy dance! Your quilting compliments the quilt very nicely. I like the green binding. A child is going to love this quilt for sure.

Love it and so will some lucky little boy. It reminds me: I think I have a construction panel in my stash (not as cute as yours though) and some matching fabric to do something likewise. LOL I hope mine turns out as well.

I dug through my sewing room trash can to find the strip with the manufacturer on it. Not sure if this was for the panel or the little workers but it says Timeless Treasures Fabrics of SoHo, LLC. Hope this helps you find the panel!

I make charity quilts for those in need all year round with a group of men and women so we see all sorts of patterns but yours is very cute.......some lucky little boy will love it.......

Something I have done that is fun, is to add a small pocket on the back and put a toy car or truck in the pocket so they can "drive" over the roads and even go "offroad". LOL

So, so cute and some little boy will just love it. Wonderful of you to do that.

I love this quilt. Some child will cherish this quilt for many years to come. I am huge supporter of Project Linus and have done several quilts for them. My daughter is in her late 20's and still has, and cherishes, her PL tie blanket she received. She has since made over a 100 tie blankets herself to donate. Thank you for thinking and caring for the scores of ill kids.
