I like them all, each has its own personality. In regard to small project that tend to get out of square when you FMQ. Actually, they do it when you do grid quilting also. I like to spritz them with a little water and use pins of foam board and block them. Square every time. Sometimes, I have done this before binding them.

I think they are all great. I took a class on Jackie Gering's Walking Foot Quilting at a local shop, and that was SO helpful. She has a couple on Craftsy too.
