A few weeks ago I said I would post a picture of the Quilt saying I liked that came on a ceramic animal. I've also included a picture of my sewing area. It's not usually this neat!! Anyway, several quilters have pm'd me asking for the information about this cute little guy so I wanted to include information to this board at large. This is a little resin figurine.

They come in a whole bunch of different animals as well as sayings. I got it from a place in Pa. The man who took my order has a wife that's a quilter so he is very accommodating. After I got this one as a gift, I also purchased a bunch of them with all different sayings for my guild.

I was even able to select certain animals and change the sayings as he prints them right there. They are normally around $11 each but since I bought 15, he gave me a 20% discount. Very nice person to work with. Here's the website:

Yes, mine is a hippo. You can mix and match - the man said he doesn't advertise that they're interchangeable because he sells so many, he didn't want the confusion but he's more than willing to put whatever animal with whatever saying if you add it as a special instruction. You can also give him a saying that you like but is not on his site and he can print it up - so they really can be personalized.

I think his wife has him trained right!! :D
