JenelTZ, my brain freezes all the time, I could get a lot more done if I did not spend so much time redoing or looking for something.

LOL!! Exactly! Now my goal is to correct the error in such a way that when the quilt is done, no one will have a clue that there was an error in the first place. Fortunately, fabric is very forgiving.

corner idea / too short border fixes.

I ran out of border fabric on a quilt once. I centered the borders along the length of each side and then used the contrasting print from the center to make a "L" shaped corner to fill in the gaps.

Another idea is to cut the border in half and fill in the middle of the border with a contrasting fabric.

Having miscut borders myself I like this idea! I also now cut them on the floor the way katier825 suggests.

Beautiful quilt, i can't figure the math out so i just buy more fabric than i need, and so far haven't had that problem

There is a reason MATH is a four letter word.
(it often makes me say *other* four letter words....)

I am no good at math. That is why I have my daughter figure out all that and go by her word. That way if I mess up I can blame her on the math.:D Love you Moanawhine.:)
