Great pumpkins !!! What talent !!! The extent of my pumpkin "carving" was with permanent markers. The last pumpkin I carved was in my classroom. The following morning, it had become very soggy and caved in. YUK ! That's when I "converted" to markers. I would have loved to be an on-looker when you were carving. Beautiful.

henryparrish76 10-30-2008 08:12 PM

GMA 10-30-2008 08:33 PM

u r too much Shadow awesome

Jenny3244 10-31-2008 05:11 AM

I am amazed at the talent and vision to create a temporary piece of art.

I have an easy way to clean out a pumpkin before carving I'd like to share because it works so great. Use a canning jar lid to scrape it out, it is curved and has a sharp edge to grab hold and scrape the goo out. Works great!

salisaquilter 10-31-2008 02:47 PM

Thank you for sharing your AWESOME pumkin carvings.
WHAT A TALENT

sewnsewer2 10-31-2008 02:49 PM

Those are great! I wanted to do pumpkins this year. We had a carving contest at work but I am still having problems with the hand I had surgery on.

Chele 10-31-2008 04:50 PM

You quilt, you sculpt! Those are aweseome SD! I'm still in triangle mode on my pumpkins!

Shadow Dancer 10-31-2008 07:03 PM

Thank you all for your kind words. :) Tomorrow they will be in the compost bin now that Halloween is over.... sometimes wish Halloween was longer than one night. lol

Nita 11-05-2008 08:09 AM
