Pumpkin runner that I made a few weeks ago. This is for my daughter....now she wants 6 placemats to go with it...would you use the same pattern, only shorten it up a bit? Or do something else?

Sure is cute. I love the quilted pumpkins. The plaid would make nice place mats if you have more of it. I don't think you can go wrong, whatever you choose.

for placemats, i'd take the center fabric and just put the plaid around the outside. i think 2 colors of border would be too much.

Do the placemats need to be the same shape?

love it - placmats I think anythign will work strips or solid just the smae color maybe do a square of the pumkin fabric as an accent...
