Very cute!

Could you give us a little 1-2-3 tute as to your process? I'm familiary with punch needle. I assume you do that first and then cut around your design? Leaving a seam allowance? Then what? Thanks!

I just do the punch needle work and then cut off the excess fabric very very close to the stitches and glue around the outside edge and attach felt to the back leaving the top open so you can tuck money or a note in there and I lightly stuff them in the foot part and glue cording around the edge to make a hanging loop and to finish the edges neatly..I made the cording so it will made the floss I use in the punch needle exactly

I cut very very close to the edge once I finish the design. Then glue felt to the back at the edge then lightly stuff them

I do and have a pinterest board for it. Doesn't seem that popular - probably because of the horrible designs they used to have - cutesy animals, babified everything, etc. I am not a big fan of childish everything or big eyed animals. In machine embroidery that seemed to be very popular a few years ago too.

These are very cute and I like the dotted white fabric effect!

I like punch needle, too. My husband hates the way it sounds when I'm doing it. Do you steam your pieces before you finish them? Thanks for sharing this!

When I lived in Hawaii, I got all of the stuff and the lady at the flea market was great on showing you how to to them. I loved it. Then with moving around in the military I got out of it. I started getting some of the stuff in the past couple of yrs to start again, including the really small needles but haven't found a good book and I don't remember all the do and do nots that come with it. Plus I've been getting into embroidery along with quilting and making clothes so it's on the to do list, eventually.
