I take my special quilts to the nicest LAQ who just does it for the love of it. She charges a fraction of what the other professionals in town do, and I just let her do whatever she wants. She keeps wide backing fabric on hand, as well as batting, that she sells very reasonably so we can just bring her a top if we want to. I'm always pleased:)

So cute. No one can have too many quilts, so keep on making them for her. She'll love them all.
