My Mom won't let her dog sit in her lap without putting something down to protect her clothes. I had bought these two fabrics on sale a while back with the idea to make something for her and kept putting off making it. About 2 pm this afternoon I just decided to "do it" and finished at 6:30 pm with a few breaks in between. Easy, all I did was stitch around the squares and around the edges, but it turned out pretty cute.

I actually cheated and did it pillow case style so I didn't have to bind which saved time and used basting spray which helped a lot.
