This was my first attempt with a rag quilt. I made it for my foster son for christmas thinking it would be a quick project that I could cross off my list of things to do.....well let me tell you I couldn't believe the amount of time I had to put into just clipping the darn thing!

He will love it.
I clip seams row by row, seems to go faster and easier on the hands. I bought the spring snipper after doing a couple of them with regular scissors. They are a life saver, or at least a hand saver.

It looks simple doesn't it? It takes a lot of time though. I agree that the scissors with the spring are a hand and time saver. Be careful they are sharp.
