How pretty--I love the label.

There is a book out now that I just finished reading about a guy with Asperger's and his life. It is autobiographical and quite interesting. It's called Look Me In the Eye. Her mom and dad should read it; it is very enlightening and helped me better understand how it would feel to have Asperger's. (I might add that the author is a genius, too!) I picked up the book at Costco.

Awww, Auntie Gayle, that quilt is just the perfect medicine -- one filled with love!

I would never have been able to put the colors together as beautifully as you did. Best of everything to Emily and her family.

I think she will see that you made this quilt especially for her, and she will know how much she's loved! Quilts are such a source of comfort, and I'm sure she'll get lots of use from this!

I hope this will let her know that I love her and am thinking about her. I am bummed that with them living so far away I do not have much of an influence in their lives. When they lived in California, they got to see their cousins (my other brother's kids, around same age) and their grandparents a lot and I would get to see them at least 3 or 4 times a year. They moved 2 years ago and I have only seen them once, in April at my dad's 80th birthday.
