I just started on a quilt for my son and DIL today. Here is the fabric and I'm embroidering in the centers of the quilt squares.

I have the Kenmore Ergo3. It's a great machine. Love all the features on it, especially the embroidery. It only does up to 4" on the embroidery, but that's all I really need. When I bought it, it came with a rebate for ALL the different feet that goes with it, along with the Customizer/Digitizer package/cd's so I can make my own.
Now, if I could just find those cd's, I'd be in business. Somehow, they got seperated from my sewing machine things during the move.

I do have another Kenmore, love it. It's sits quietly in it's case waiting for me to use it. Courtney usually uses it when she wants to make something. A friend gave it to me for my oldest, but she has never taken possession of it, so I still have it.
I also have one of the original Singer Touch N Sews in a cabinet. That's sitting in my bedroom being used as a night stand at the moment. I keep saying I am going to get it cleaned and see if it will work. It hasn't been used in about 15 years, from what I can remember. Before that, it was used all the time, since mom did alot of sewing.

I love the fabrics you choice and the embroidery is great. I can't wait to see it done. It's gonna be beautiful

that embroidery is beautiful. I just bought a Brother embroidery machine, waiting for it to be delivered. I sure hope I'll be able to do things like that.

Ok, here are 2 of the 20 squares. It will have the cream sashing in between the squares too. I have a Bernina Bernette Deco 430 emb machine that I did these designs on.

I love your choice in colors. I too embroider I have a Brother PR-600 and a Singer CE-100 and a Singer CE-200 the singers are getting more and more retired all the time but come in handy when doing one color work. After using my Brother PR-600 they just do not seem the same at all so I use it most of the time. I also digitize my own designs in Generations.
