Thought I'd share the quilt I finished this week for my BIL. He has been in Afganistan for the past 6 months and comes home for 2 weeks r&r. He has been rescuing dogs from there and already has a large herd at home. My sister gets to have the fun of keeping them in line while he goes back for another 6 months! This was my first DP9 and also FMQ. I have a lot to learn but it was a blast!

This is something like his 3rd or 4th tour since the original Gulf war. I think his wife will be keeping him home from now on since they now have a large "family".
