I love hand tie quilts, gives them an old time look. Your quilt is beautiful and the colors appear to be dancing. Very nice and thank you for sharing. :)

Hee, hee! I have a "motorcycle and rider" panto by Dave Hudson that would look neat on that!

That's a really neat way to use the "flame" fabric...beautiful quilt!

Here is another quilt top for Tymeless Heart Charity.

I have a few baby quilts to make then I think I can start sandwiching and quiling these babies and be done with them.

Thank you to all of you that have been cheering me along during this venture.

I just bought a bunch of this fabric for $2 at WM and wasn't sure what to do with it. Your quilt is great!

Are you joking? I had to pay full price. The new manager in our wm's fabrics doesn't do the mark downs. I was told she doesn't even look to see if there is any that need to be done. You are so lucky.

Thank you everyone.

How many have you made so far for Tymless Heart? You"re doing a wonderful thing and the receipients are lucky to get such beautiful quilts.

cjomomma 03-17-2011 05:50 PM

Oh gosh I have no idea. I have stack of quilts and tops that have been donated to me for Tymeless Hearts. I cut out 4 baby quilts today and plan on cutting out 4 more tomorrow. Once I get those done I can start the sandwiching and quilting process. I do have more done then what I have been showing on the board.

Carrie you have really excelled this time! Wow, is all I can say.

Yesterday I was cruising around some blogs and found this - I have never heard of Decatur Knots before, but here's the link - it may be of use to you in your quest to get these beauties tied/quilted. I haven't tried it, but it does look pretty good...
