Quilt group challenge
 

My quilt group was given a Christmas challenge - the item could be anything but had to have a Christmas theme. I chose to make the table runner below. This is the first time that I have used a patchwork binding - must say I am happy with the result even though it took ages to make the binding.

I'm glad you mentioned the binding because I hadn't realized that you'd pieced it. But WOW! it does make a difference. Joyce J is right: it does say Christmas!
