Quilt I made for cousin's son

Last Christmas, my cousin's son asked if I could make him a quilt. He had seen the one I had made for my brother. I found the perfect fabric for his quilt. He likes video games and paintball. I made up the pattern and came up with this quilt. As you can see from the last picture, he loved his quilt. It's not often a 14 year old, shy, quiet boy will smile and hug his dad's cousin. This was the best part of my Christmas this year.

Love your fabrics and you made a perfect quilt out of them.

Great job! That's the best part of making quilts, when you make it for someone who loves it!

Debbie, what a perfect quilt for him. You found the perfect fabrics, and your design was quite creative. It's a great quilt! He's a darling young man, and what a beard for a 14 year old!

I remember when you first showed us the fabric. It's perfect for him and the way you used it is excellent. It will be a treasure to him for years to come. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

That is a big payoff. Grins and hugs from the recipient. Congratulations on a perfect choice for him.

Gee I bet that was a "hit". Great fabric - it is nice when you can match fabric to hobbies/interest. Well done.

Can you please tell me where you found the video game fabric. It would be perfect for my DGS.

Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I bought the video game fabric at www.grubersquiltshop.com
It was in the clearance and I don't know if they still have it.
I bought the "splatter paint" fabric from www.fabric.com
It was also in their clearance.

When I was looking for something like this, I just typed in video game fabric and splatter paint fabric into the search box and found these fabrics.

Hope you can find some or maybe some on here has it.
Debbie
