Quilt for my Guild's First Quilt Show
1 Attachment(s)
Vallejo Piecemakers is having our first Quilt Show on May 3rd and 4th and this will be one of my entries. It has over 2000 pieces and is mostly paper pieced. It was quite a challenge but I enjoyed making it. I spent quite a few nights burning the midnight oil and my sister-in-law thought a good name for the quilt was "Midnight Madness". I agreed, It was quilted by Darla Padilla and I think she did a wonderful job.

Gorgeous!

I love the bright colors and all the variety. Surely it is a winner ! I also like the white background that has its own stuff going on. Nice choice.

That is beautiful - everyone at the show will think so, too!

I just realized I posted the picture before it was quilted. The correct one is too large to download and I don't know how to make it smaller. It looks much better quilted and Darla did a great job. Sorry I'm so inept.

Great colors and pattern!

Lovely quilt. Is the quilt show open to the public? Could you PM me the information on the Quilt Show. I live in San Rafael and would be interested in going. I would love to see your quilt in person. I just went to the East Bay Hertiage Quilters show in Richmond. I saw some really super quilts and quite a few from 8 to 15 year old quilters. I was good and didn't purchase anything. BrendaK
