I added some African fabrics I picked up at International Quilt Festival in Houston and a few other assorted fabrics to make it bigger. He likes it very much. There's some backstory on my blog about his history of not being thrilled with the quilts I make him, but I'll let you go there if you are interested since it's kinda long for a pictures thread ;) but....just cuz I think he's awesome...here's a pic of the quilt designer himself ;) http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7220/7...cda08b4ec3.jpg cam1 by polkadotzombie, on Flickr Thanks for looking!!! |
I like the fabrics. And what a cutie quilt designer too.
Awwwww, they are both very cute!
Adorable. I love the toothlessness. I have one that would match him. The quilt is cute, too.
What a cutie! Nice quilt! ::::: off to read blog ::::: :)

My two year old differentiates between her older siblings, quite toothless, and herself by saying she has "normal" teeth. It's fine except when she says hello to strangers, squints at their mouth and announces "you have normal teeth" no one is quite sure how to accept that comment....
