Just got back from quilt retreat & had a wonderful time. Got a quilt top almost finished but haven't decided on a border yet. We do this retreat every year & have grown very close group of quilters. This is the only time we really all get together but look so forward to going each year. You get so many ideas & see such beautiful quilts & ideas that you come home fully charged & ready to sew, after you catch up on your sleep! Here's a pic of the quilt top I started there.......
this is my quilt top (a little blurred) it is done in batiks & I got the idea out of one of the quilt magazines. It looks like a heavenly place to spend time quilting and friending! Where do you go for this? I never get enough sleep when I go on retreats, either.

Where is the retreat? That is some beautiful scenery. No wonder those quilts look so great - you had some wonderful inspiration!

The retreat is held at DuBois Center in DuBois IL. I look so forward to going every year & I actually get to go 2 times this year! They hold the retreat 2 times a year & the 2nd time use to fall on our anniversary & I would never leave my hubby but the date changed so now I get to go to both. Good way to finish projects!

I love your quilt top, cant wait to see it in person some time :-) That scenery is gorgeous, reminds me of back home in NH!
