Wow!!! What a wonderful way to spend the weekend, and what great quilts you have to show for it!
Both pretty, but I love your Fractures.

The pattern is based on the Drunkards Path templates. We went to Clifty Falls State Park here in Madison. It was through Sharryn's Quilt Box in N. Vernon. She does a retreat 2x a year.

Both are wonderful quilts. Wow - only took 1 weekend - impressive. I especially like the Fracture technique. Any books on this yet?

Central Ohio Quilter 11-01-2010 06:09 AM

I have the Fractures pattern, but I haven't tried it yet. It looks like it is going to be rather complicated. Is it? Did you have a person giving instructions on doing the fractured flower, or did you have just printed directions?

Jeanniejo 11-01-2010 06:11 AM

They are beautiful !!! I LOVE retreats !!!

paintedquilt 11-01-2010 08:05 AM

Not hard to do. Just follow the directions step by step.
