I really like your log cabin.
But this shrinkage issue is ONE of the reasons I don't make quilts that serve as bedspreads, that *have* to end up a certain size. I make them "to be comfortable" enough on given bed, or sofa, and let them accessorize the bed on top of the bedspread. Much less stress on me. :)
