I finished this quilt top this afternoon for a friend of mine. She has no idea I'm making it for her for Christmas! I am going to finish the quilting of it in the next couple days and it'll be done!

I think it's so pretty!

Beautiful work, does is she a quilter too? :) Your center prayer looks hand stitched, did you embroider it? :D

She's not a quilter at all. But this hymn from our church is her favorite one and these are her favorite colors...so it hit me one day to do this for her. The middle is hand done, I embroidered it myself... :oops:
