Had a terrible time choosing a gift for my 27 year old single son. So I decided to do a quilt and pillow cases for him. Here is the quilt top - sans quilting and binding. Reminds me of Ties :lol: :lol: .

Thanks- he was the recipient of my very quilt for his FIRST "big boy bed" many many years ago and still has it :lol: :lol: . Decided that he needed a little update! It is growing on me - I think I like it.

I am far from being a fan of brown anything (I guess it was all of the GM cars of the 70's) but I really love his quilt! It looks very masculine and the colors just work so well together with the pattern you chose.

If he doesnt like it I would be happy to have on my bed!!!

By the time I paid for quilting on this over sized Queen quilt for the DS,

it was about $300. Now that was sale LQS fabric, full price fabric and Ebay fabric as well as the quilting.
