Quilt Top as Tablecloth
1 Attachment(s)
Here's my newest completed top. The pattern is ArrowStar Geese by Jerry Fujimoto (http://www.pocketquilting.com/index.html.) This is a pattern he designed for the River City Quilt Guild here in Sacramento and was featured in a class he taught a few weeks ago. This was my first experience with flying geese and the first time I'd used Eleanor Burns' Flying Geese Ruler, which made the geese very simple.
I've decided to use it as my Thanksgiving tablecloth but will finish the backing and binding AFTER the fluff and flurry of Thanksgiving cooking is over with. |
You have done a brilliant job with this quilt, very nice

Perfect for a Thanksgiving table!

That is going to be a gorgeous Thankgiving table! I think I would put a layer of clear plastic over it as cranberry sauce will be hard to get out.:(

Great idea! I'll be sure to do that. Thanks for the suggestion.

It is perfect for a tablecloth. What lovely fabrics!

Lovely! Be careful not to spill any gravy on it. ;)

very nice .. I am always afraid somebody will get gravy on mine :)

Ditto what she said. Most of my family are like any other animal at feeding time. It's all a frenzy! Beautiful quilt!!
