Beautiful quilts, but I started drooling over the middle one. One day, I will retire, and spend ALL my time quilting, and this one is definitely on my bucket list. Does anyone know the name of the pattern for the middle one, that looks sort of like stars?

I love love love that last one. The black and white dots just set it off. Beautiful.

That is my favorite too, but do not know the name--sorry!

How great they were passed to you, so you can finish and love them. My fave is the 3rd one. It says "I'm Home" to me.

You can really see how this person's mind worked. She used tiny scraps, especially in the third one, but put them together so thoughtfully and creatively to create a pleasing pattern. The striped sashing on the first one is elegant planning. She left behind a little piece of her heart in her work, and it's great that they came to someone like you who really appreciates her work! Imagine if you could have told her back when she made these that their images would be sent out to people all over the world, instantly. She never would have believed it!
