This is how I saw someone making a wedding ring quilt. It was beautiful!!!!

Well, I just finished what I could with the fabric I had. Now I have to come up with a design for working around the edges...

how do you connect the centers once the four of them are sewn together?
not sure what you mean. The centers become connected in the process of sewing the circle/squares together. Check out the PDF I uploaded and see if that doesn't make it clearer.

I've heard it called 'Mock Cathedral windows". I love it

This lady gave a talk at our guild in March. Here is her website. The nice thing about the concept is, whatever you do, it is "finished", be it two, four or more blocks. Unending possibilities. Raylene Salazar

Also works good with Denim. For a twist on a denim quilt.

I like it very much and it looks like it could be simple. I am a person that has trouble with patterns. I would like to see more on how it is put together etc. please could you do that for this hard headed person.

See the video at http://quiltingwithcharlie.com/quilt...structions.htm

The author of this trhead has done a great job, but for people who need to see it done, this lady shows you. She has rulers (to sell) but you can do it without them and make them any size. They advise either very light, or no batting in these as it gets pretty thick where the edges are turned back. I hope this helps. If you want you may pm me and ask about this video, as I saw the daughter do a demo at our guild last week.
Blessings to all on this board. You are great!!

This is a Table Topper I made as Quilt As You Go Circles. I found this pretty, bright kitcheny looking fabric that just had to use for my kitchen. I had never seen the tutorial but was given some directions from a woman in our guild. My tools consisted of an 8" circle cut from X Ray film an a 5" square cut from a cereal box and it worked as well and seems much simpler than with all the template on the tutorial I just watched.

After that picture was taken I added two more circles to make it a little longer.
