Ditto! The varmits are out in full force here this spring... bees & wasps & skeeters -- oh my!

Helen S 05-30-2012 05:13 PM

HA! That's a really cute photo!

Tartan 05-30-2012 06:46 PM

Did you catch and release? I find if possible, it is easier to carefully pick up whatever they land on and take it outside. Besides who wants squished bee on their nice thread?

lollygagging 05-30-2012 08:07 PM

You made me actually laugh out loud in an empty room...just me and the computer! Too funny!!! Thanks for brightening up my day.

rebeljane 05-30-2012 09:21 PM

That is so funny :)

catladyquilts 05-31-2012 04:44 AM

He wanted to be your next inspiration. too cute

sewdarnbusy 05-31-2012 04:54 AM

That's funny. You reached for the camera. I would have reached for the Dyson and sucked that babeee up. It flew in to excape the outdoor heat and thought it might rest in a non conspicous place. Glad you got a pic. One time a big fat white spider crawled across the throat of my sewing machine. Then it slipped inside the hole between the feed dogs. I was so upset. I just knew it was going to leave a million babies inside my machine... I didn't want to run the machine and maybe squish guts all over. So I put the cover on and carried it out to the laundry room for a few days. Hopefully, it walked out without leaving a anything behind.

You could enlarge the picture , write quilting bee on it , frame it and hang in your sewing room. lol

oldtnquiltinglady 06-01-2012 11:37 AM

I am of the same opinion as one of the earlier entries--you just picked up spool and all and sneaked him over to the porch and released him, right?

matraina 06-01-2012 01:47 PM

I think I would have excused myself for a while.

Latrinka 06-01-2012 02:31 PM

Oh no! I wouldn't get much quilting done cuz I'd be running! LOL!
