And in VA. I spent alot of young years in and out of VA. My sister went to college in Farmville, then married and raised her family there. My husband and our family camped for 20 years in Stanton, in our secret campground even took our DGK back to see the camping spot and camped there with them....lots of good memories there.....

Beautiful gardens and quilts. What is the name of the big star quilt on the wall to the left. It takes me a while to whip out a project too.

Your home is lovely, your garden immaculate, and your quilting delightful. Makes me want to come visit!

I have a hard time staying in when the weather is perfect for gardening. Of course, here in Texas, we haven't had that since April...just before the drought and heat wave. Your yard is just gorgeous and looks like you are in a wonderfully peaceful area! Enjoy! Thanks for sharing!

How about a cup of tea?

The flowers and the garden are very pretty. I love the quilt
and the quilting space.

It isn't the production, it's the journey, the satisfaction, the adventure of trying a new thing. Besides, you've got awesome house and vegetable gardens and largest squash leaves ever seen! There is nothing more lush than a healthy garden in July, with everything crowding itself out, all waiting for the first tomatoes to ripen.
I just picked final peas, first eggplant and summer squash and zucchini and kale and Windsor beans. Left quilt on table!
To everything in its season!
