I made my dear neighbor a quilt because she had been so good to my husband before he died. She loved pink.
The chevron quilt had 20 shades of pind -- and I bought at least 25 before I was satisfied with the shadings. I hate pink so I kept making things to use it all up Doris chevron quilt Aunt Sukies Choice for CJ and Gabrielle Pink placemats |

i am not a pink person either, have 4 grandsons and another one on the way..i make pink girly things once in a while, to stay in touch with my feminine side!  |

I love pink and I LOVE your quilts. Excellent work!!! Chevrons are perfect, very special. My 10 yr old son likes pink too. About a hundred years ago, pink was the "boy" color, symbolizing vigor, "baby blue" was for supposedly more tranquil girls. My son reminds us that God made all the colors, and it's only people who assign gender and other connotations. PInk rocks, and so do these quilts.

WOW - beautiful job! I have to admit I am one that loves pink fabrics . . especially when used with brown fabrics. You did a great job with these! :)

Beautiful!!! I also love pink. I think men look wonderful in soft pink shirts with grey, navy blue, or black slacks.
Watching Elizabeth the other night the men had on bloomers and panty hose. OK WITH ME  |
I think they're all gorgeous!!
