Here are some recent Quilts of Valor quilts I've done. We have so many military in our family, past and present...that I wanted to do something to show my support.

And another QOV from the same group. I volunteered to do up to 4 quilts a month.

This was actually done for Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas. Our online Yahoo group (Quilted with Love) does quilts for the vets in the hospital and their families.

So nice and I am sure that each one of these lovely quilts will be appreciated. Where did you get the words for the label?
|
The Quilt maker(s). The group that sent the quilts provided what they wanted on a label...and I looked on the QOV website & found one I liked.
They don't have an exact label to use, but do want all quilters and longarmers listed..as well as putting who it goes to...which is written in later. I have this in a word file...and change as needed. I then print on treated fabric with my printer. |
Here is a file containing the words I use in my labels. Feel free to use and make changes for use in your quilts of valor.

All of them are so beautiful. I have to say the first one is my favorite.
