Here are some of the quilts the we donated to Ronald McDonald House. They get our donated quilts now, instead of local Hospitals that no longer accept donation of such things.

Welcomed charity. Good work.

The pregnancy center I volunteer for (https://mywisechoices.com) a part of Care-Net (https://www.care-net.org) accepts donations of hand made baby quilts. We give them to the young ladies after their free sonogram. We also have different ministries donate them.

They are very much appreciated and loved by the girls.

Loving Blessings,
Janan

Very nice quilts for a very worthy cause. Ronald McDonald houses offer great services to families at a time of great need. We all seem to find charitable outlets for our creative expressions and that is a really good thing.

Mariposa 03-17-2017 06:26 PM

Bless you for your generosity! The quilts will be much appreciated. :)

Jingle 03-17-2017 06:36 PM

Very pretty quilts. I donate to kids that must be removed from their homes.

Those are some beautiful quilts.

19 years ago we spent my son's first two weeks in a Ronald McDonald house while he was in the NICU. It is one place I always donate to. Sadly, the one we stayed in shut down a couple years ago. Things like this are so appreciated by families dealing with such painful, scary situations (I still have a wood car we were given when we stayed there, and a quilt my son got when he had to go in for surgery a few years later). A big "thank you" from me!

twinkie 03-18-2017 02:49 AM

That is so wonderful of you to donate these amazing quilts. I am happiest when I am giving to others. GOD Bless

jmoore 03-18-2017 02:51 AM

Wonderful little quilts for a great group. When my grandson was born a month premature (almost 3 years ago), my son and DIL stayed in a Ronald McDonald location in Miami while DGS was in the NICU.

redquiler,

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, some of them are embroidered onto squares, some are embroidered directly onto bolt fabric, and some are appliqued.

We are currently not quilting, as we are WAITING for our 'New to us' Long Arm machine and frame to be delivered. As we get things going again, I'll post pictures here.
