You have a good eye for color, they look great. Can't wait to see the finished quilts.

Together? In one quilt?

Something else I wondered about...does anybody make it the same on both sides, both sides with frayed edges? Rather than the frayed edges on 1 side and the 'normal' sewed edge on the other?

I think they look great the way you described.

I agree with your idea, they will go well together! :D

To be honest, when I made my first rag quilt, I just used left over flannel, didn't give any thought to what did or did not go together, randomly sewed the blocks together, and it turned out great!

You've done a much better job of matching than I did so yours will be super great!!

I have never made a rag quilt, so I can't speak from experience, but I would think it would actually be easier to have the one finished side and the one rag side... but I could be wrong. I do like the fabrics though! I would be tempted to do a mixture of all 4 on both top and bottom, but that's mainly b/c I really like the polka dot one ;)

I also thought about that. Either way they are great fabrics.
