I have made a rag quilt with flannel and know what you mean about the blisters. I did get special scissors that are for snipping - they were $25.00 but sure made the job easier. i just need to make more rag quilts to get my money's worth.

I made a rag quilt for the bed in our 5th wheel. Seems like it took as long to clip as it did to sew! But, once done, I loved it. Yours is very pretty. Glad you got it finished.
