I did these up for my sons friends. They are all graduating this year so I thought they could use them at College, hopefully they go! Thanks for looking!

what kind of material is the brown one made from? it looks expecially soft and fluffy.
I like browns, very pretty

Did you make these with flannel? How many layers of what material?

I particularly like the different block in these rag quilts. They are not the typical squares. I also really like the brown/cream one.

Cool. I bet they will appreciate them!

Very nice! They will love them.

They are flannel. made from 2 sandwiches of 4*10 strips with 3*9 batting and 3 4*4 squares in the middle with 3*3 batting. all chain stiched down the center then sewn together.
Thanks, I sure hope they will enjoy them!

They are gorgeous. I am making my very first rag quilt now and I hope that it looks half as good as yours.

I love rag quilts, especially for college kids. I made severa from recycle jeans, using 6-8"blocks. They will never destroy them. My grandson has graduated,in the military, married and still has his blue jean quilt. Had to make his wife one, adding some bright colors to hers.
