I made several rag quilts for Christmas gifts...it's the only thing I know how to make :oops: This is what my DH decided he wanted for his rag quilt. I was pretty pleased with the outcome, minus my horrible zig-zag skills on the stars :cry: Quilting cotton on front...warm & natural in the middle [ATTACH=CONFIG]120722[/ATTACH] Flannel on the back [ATTACH=CONFIG]120723[/ATTACH] Self made stencils...How I wish I could FM!! [ATTACH=CONFIG]120724[/ATTACH] 1/2" seam allowances and reinforced straight stitch for all seams and border [ATTACH=CONFIG]120725[/ATTACH] |

Thank you so much, Marge :D I have never been brave enough to post any of my, less than novice works, among all of the exquisite quilters on here!! Being that I had no pattern for this, it took "me" quite a while and I would make several changes if I made another one!! |
