Beautiful. Just as many other I love this quilt and your lay out. I have bookmarked it so I can return to it when I need a quick but refreshing quilt to assemble. Your quilt is an inspiration.

Very pretty. I had never heard it called a lasagna quilt before.

I watched the video on youtube for the Jelly roll race quilt. Has anyone done one of these with scraps? If so how did it turn out? I am still cutting up my scraps (going on 2 months now) and I was wondering because some are cut in 2.5 in strips

That is so pretty. Great border too.

Beautiful. I tried one, but I think where I went wrong was I tried to put black between each color. I ended up with more black than color. I will definitely try one again.

It's so pretty!

MimiBug123 07-01-2012 07:28 PM

msquiltalot 07-01-2012 08:34 PM

I have nothing to do with this shop, but they did give awesome service.

That's what I ws thinking, too. I think it kind of looks like sand painting (is that what it called when they layer colored sand in a glass jar?). What it really looks like is STUNNING! I love it!

Your quilt is lovely - and the black border sets it off nicely

That's so pretty, Sunnie! And very nice for me to get a chance to see what has been made from those strips. I hardly ever find out what customers make from the fabric they buy from me, so seeing this has been a real treat. Thank you so much for sharing the picture!

ItsJustMe 07-08-2012 09:23 AM

How pretty! Love the fabrics you chose!

I have to admit that I have never been too keen on the quick strip quilt but I absolutely love yours! I am not a scrappy person but this is awesome to me. It does go to show that colors can make or break it. You made it that's for sure.

Moonglow 07-10-2012 04:03 AM

Beautiful colours - beautiful quilt. Love it.

Diquilts 07-11-2012 10:49 AM

I'm not sure how you got the colors to come together in "rows" like that. Usually they would be mixed up.....?
