Reading Pillow
1 Attachment(s)
My cousin was in Colorado visiting her grandson when she took a bad fall. She had to have total shoulder replacement surgery before she could fly home to Illinois. She is now home and I have made her a get well pillow. I hope she likes it!

That is so cute! Great job!
This is so cute! I'm sure just seeing it will make her feel a whole lot better!! I'm sending a quick prayer for her speedy and pain free recovery.
Very cute!
Is that a pocket to slip your book into? This is such a heartfelt gift! She will love it.
Adorable get well pillow.
I love the quilting. Did you have a pattern for the quilting? Did you do the quilting on your domestic machine?
Very thoughtful and what a cute embroidery!
She will love it. How adorable. Love the embroidery.
I have had a total shoulder replacement and, of the 6 serious surgeries I've in the past 7 years, it was by far the easiest though it was on my dominant hand/arm. Very little pain afterward, out of a sling in 36 hours, could brush my teeth in two days. I hope your cousin will have as gentle a recovery and be up and about quickly! The adorable pillow will surely help. :)
How sweet! Love all the injured animals, and love the quilting you did!
Your pillow made me smile and will cheer up your cousin during her recovery. I like the quilting design you chose. Nice!
Great design and it looks like the embroidery section comes off easily to keep it neat.
I did the quilting on my embroidery machine...it's edge to edge by Amelia Scott. After it was quilted, I stitched out the design
