Recent 'flimsie' finishes - Flag, Birdhouse, and Classroom Artwork
In preparation for a shipment to a distant LAQ, I took some photos of several tops I finished in the last several months. The flag quilt was the result of a pattern I saw on Moda Bake Shop. The birdhouse top is a UFO made from blocks I received in a swap performed I believe on about.com over 10 years ago. I blended in some flying geese I received among the stash of a good friend, when she passed, and some braids I'd made a while back waiting for a project to meld in to. The final photo is of a quilt I made for my daughter's (3rd grade) teacher, blocks made with fabric markers on Kona cotton.
I guess my photos are too large (2.4 and 2.5 MB) to post here and I'm not sure how to reduce the size. Here is a link to the same on my webshots.com album. If you go to the first, the birdhouse and artwork quilts are immediately following. http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/...74276089eQNORQ http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/...74276089sHCEBI http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/...74276089vPoEjh Thank you for your patience and taking a look, Jeana |
