Tried out the 'dragonfly' block from Quiltmakers 100 Blocks Vol 2 - did 4 and decided that was enough, made a nice wallhanging though.

No easy to do really. The tail and the head (3D part) were a bit fiddly but otherwise the block went together well.

It would make a nice border block, resized to a smaller dragonfly. I might just try that.
