Red Between the Lines - a pinwheel quilt top

I just finished this quilt top using a palette of red and gray fabrics, arranged in concentric rows. It contains 169 pinwheel blocks, each with 12 pieces instead of the usual 8. It measures about 53" square.

Ohhhhh so very pretty! I, too, love the contrasting blocks, your color palette and especially like the scale of your pinwheels.. something about the whole quilt is creating a little visual illusion. Wonderful!
