I've been working on a baby quilt for yet another GGD due mid-May. I finished the first Sue last night & have started the next one in a sort of light jade I guess you might call it. This is another first for me in a long line of them & I'm so proud of how it came out, I just had to share! I've hand-stitched the ribbon down so there won't be a problem & there's also no lump there. :-)

Very nice! Love the embroidery and ribbon, it has added a lovely touch to the overall look of the block.

Becky I have been looking for this pattern...can you please tell me where you found it? I saw like it years ago and couldn't remember where..I have tons of books and no way to remember which one it was in...Any help you can offer??

Linda, the actual name of the pattern is Sunday-Best Sue & I'm sure I found her on free patterns.com.

Thanks so much Becky for pointing me in the right direction for the pattern. I have saved it and will get my DD to print it out for me. My printer decided to die last week..don't know why..it's only about 6 months old..I haven't hardly used it?
