I would tend to stick with the original red and white colors for your borders, but I would also be interested to see what the black border would look like on it! |

Update, the blocks are together. The red and white and white and red for the borders did not have enough contrast. But, that is ok. I am off to Shipshewana today and will visit a few quilt shops. Hopefully, I will find the perfect border fabrics.
