If I don't hurry I won't live long enough to make the quilt.
I turned the titles around. The first is hand embroideried and the second is by machine. I love Redwork. Also here's pillow I hand embroidered for a special event.

I love redwork too and yours is beautiful. But don't despair, I just won a blue ribbon on an applique quilt that took 10 years to complete! Some things just can't be rushed.

The one I machine embroidered is hers. I keep it here as I made her 8 quilts before she was born.

WOW 10 years and you won a blue ribbon. That's awesome. I've never had the nerve to enter any of my quilts

I love redwork, absolutely beautiful. Have not tried that as of yet though, its on the list. I actually wonder if I'm going to live long enough to do all on that list! :shock:

I use DMC, 2 strands except for the face and really tight areas.
