Exactly my thought! My daughter has a much loved rag doll that had to get pants. I'm not sure exactly how pants would look on a pig but it could work.

What is the pig's owner expecting? Maybe if she has a sense of humor pants or even a big appliqued "band-aid" could work if you can't match the fabric well enough.

That is a cute pig. I would applique over the holes. She must really love that pig.
