this is a pic of the same quilt bloc as in the thread should i go on mine is just a little differant but it dose make a butiful q1uilt when done i am awating to get it back from the quilters mine is a quen size with a 8 inch border for the drop

i put this up to reply to anther person that asked that queston i did not know how to put pics on he post so i did this one i have compleated that queen size quilt it is at the quilters and waiting to be picked up for two week now the wather has been bad so i have not been able to go hopefully next week i can go and get it

Minnow, did you do the real old fashioned dahlia pattern where the petals are actually inset into the star, or the quilter's cache version where they are appliqued on? I just got a book with the old inset pattern, and am dying to try it. Yours looks great, BTW.
